What will be the arrival and departure time?
You should reach the Trinetra Yogashala premises a day before the commencement of the classes. Fulfill the formalities and take adequate rest to refresh yourself for the class. You would leave the premises on the last day at 12 pm, after completing all the pending formalities.
Do I need prior experience before joining the course?
No, you do not require any experience before joining the Yoga Teacher training course. But you should be aware of yoga and have a little idea about the same. Practicing yoga a few months before the training is advisable.
Is the attendance compulsory?
Yes, you need to attend all the classes. If you want to take a leave in case of illness or emergencies, make sure you are informing the staff and giving the teachers a prior notice.
What is the standard of teaching?
The academic standard is maintained, which means the school has high-level teaching.
I am vegan. Does the food you are serving is suitable for vegans?
Food served at our center is 100% vegetarian, not vegan. You will need to inform us prior to your arrival so our chef can prepare special food for you.
Which Kind of Visa do I need to Apply for?
First, Students should apply for a tourist visa as it is easy and granted from the Indian embassy in a short period of time, the purpose of visiting India should be yoga retreat or Ayurveda retreats.
